Job Description

The Nature’s Bounty Co.’s Brand Team is searching for a self-motivated, bright Associate Brand Manager who wants to learn from a dynamic leadership team.  The right candidate will be passionate about health and wellness and will want to use that passion every day building brands for Nature’s Bounty Co.  

Our Associate Brand Manager will have a direct hand in bringing the Nature’s Bounty® brand to market.  They will support the strategic plans to drive profitable business growth and increased market share in North America, while helping to build brand equity and loyalty through a variety of marketing programs and consumer touch points.  
What will you be Doing?
•    You will be managing the daily analysis and measurement of brand performance.  This will include evaluation of key brand growth indicators, forecasting performance of the business across the entire P+L statement, budget management, and business development opportunities across retail and product lines.  
•    You will be responsible to manage complex projects with diverse stakeholders.  Key skills will be development and management of timelines, decision points, and stakeholder alignment.  Must be driven to keep projects on track and on target.
o    Project management will include developing and commercializing product packaging, ideation and launching of key brand innovation, and brand communications development including social media and grassroots sampling.
•    You will be asked to develop and display passion for building great consumer brands.  This will include collaboration and interest in developing consumer insights, innovation, brand communications, retail customer development and other elements of brand strategy.  
•    You will be interfacing with key stakeholders across the organization in a variety of corporate functions including sales, operations, finance, and regulatory.  Must possess strong communications skills and enthusiasm for leadership.
 

Qualifications

What skills do you need?

  • Two years of professional experience preferred.  Branded CPG Industry experience preferable, but not absolutely required.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort level building analytical models and working with data to create actionable insights
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed
  • Motivated, energetic and excited to learn from great leaders in the CPG industry
  • Bachelor's degree with MBA preferred
