Job Description

Do you have a passion for providing a top-notch candidate experience by ensuring a smooth process?  If so, The Nature's Bounty Co. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide support for our recruiting team.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the interview process through the creation and modification of interview schedules
  • Plan and facilitate Recruitment related events, i.e. Open Houses, Career Fairs
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates and interviewers throughout the interview day, promptly resolving any scheduling conflicts, if they arise
  • Book travel for candidates and facilitate reimbursement of expenses for candidates, as well as Travel & Expense reporting
  • Interact with agencies and support on-boarding of new vendors and process invoices
  • Process, audit and facilitate employee referral bonuses
  • Create and upload reports
  • Conduct compliance audits
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition internal website
  • Contribute to HR projects, including process improvement and documentation

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Coordinator or Assistant role
  • Familiarity working with an Applicant Tracking System and basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and address issues with a sense of urgency, handle sensitive situations and confidential materials
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels in and outside the organization and demonstrate a strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills, as well as being detail-oriented, as well as strong follow-up skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite experience, including Outlook, inclusive of Calendar, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
