The Nature’s Bounty Co. has an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager to lead our Direct to Consumer (DTC) business to deliver sustainable growth across our global Puritan’s Pride® business.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record driving accelerated revenue and profitable growth, developing DTC/eCommerce domestic and international strategies, building and optimizing first-class eCommerce experiences, as well as a deep passion for leading and building a strong, effective team with the sole focus to delivering rich customer experiences.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish the long-term DTC eCommerce vision, strategy and team priorities, including setting an ambitious yet achievable annual plan
  • Full P&L ownership & General Management; manage budget / channel P&L, making the right tradeoffs to drive sustainable growth
  • Lead both direct and indirect teams to deliver against the vision, mission, and objectives of the business
  • Lead all aspects of eCommerce and mail/phone business and ensure strong execution across acquisition & retention performance marketing, site performance & design, onsite marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and promotional campaigns to hit aggressive revenue growth targets
  • Set digital / product roadmap and prioritize all Front-End and Back-End tech work aligned with  strategy in partnership with our external development agencies to drive improved conversion and site/customer experience

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading an online marketplace, inclusive of P&L ownership
  • Mail, catalog and International experience strongly preferred
  • Experience building and managing large sized, cross-functional teams
  • Strong digital commerce leadership experience in a matrixed environment
  • MBA preferred; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Demonstrated success in driving strategy through to successful and scalable execution
  • Strong strategic planning, business case development and project management skills
  • Experience working with current best practices and industry trends in functional area
  • Successful track record in building and maintaining relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record in driving and managing change
  • Strong understanding of IT Operations, Data and Analytics to enable the business
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills focused on the improvement of operational processes
  • Entrepreneurial / self-starter who is highly motivated and goal oriented
