We’re looking for a motivated, creative and fun communications professional to join our Corporate Communications team! The Corporate Communications Specialist will play an integral role in advancing the internal communications efforts of The Nature’s Bounty Co. and its many wellness brands. While this position primarily supports internal communications, assistance will be provided to all areas of corporate communications, including public relations and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

This role will report to the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications and work closely with internal stakeholders to create and implement internal communications content that generates excitement, drives engagement, aligns teams and individuals, and shapes culture. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, digitally-savvy, and have strong interpersonal, written, visual and oral communications skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Executing internal communications plans
  • Sourcing and creating content for a variety of tactics including but not limited to newsletters, intranet, digital signage, and social media
  • Drafting and support for a range of other internal communications materials including but not limited to organizational announcements, Human Resources initiatives, departmental news, Town Halls, and executive messaging
  • Support of internal and external events and communications, including CSR-related activities, networking events and other company or Nature’s Bounty Co. Foundation-led projects
  • Management of editorial calendar and similar tools

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, and/or journalism
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and to organize and ensure follow-through on projects
  • Flexible to work on a team, as well as manage time on independent projects
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Resourcefulness, flexibility and resiliency
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills, including Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Photoshop
  • Flexible for occasional travel
