Job Description

The Nature's Bounty Co.'s HR team is seeking an experienced individual to join our Operations team. This role is primarily focused on providing an exceptional on-boarding experience for all company new hires.

Responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end onboarding of new associates, including initiating background checks, drug screens, pre-employment paperwork and conducting new hire orientation.
  • Ensure all new hires have passed and completed all pre-employment requirements as noted above including the verification of identification and proper storage of documents.
  • Prepare for arrival of new hires first day including creating associate discount cards and orientation folders.
  • Greet new hires on their first day and complete onboarding paperwork including collecting identification, creating company ID badges and utilizing E-verify system. 
  • Support end-users and assist in the administrative maintenance of key Talent Acquisition systems such as the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and New Hire On-boarding System. 
  • Answer general Associate questions and/or provide guidance on available resources.
  • Provide onboarding status updates to on and off-site Recruiters, HR Business Partners and IT.
  • Establish and document processes.
  • Check rehire and transfer eligibility for current and former associates.
  • Work closely with other members of HR.
  • Adhere to OFCCP and DOL compliance laws and regulations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and support resource on HR Operations processes and systems; on future integration projects, including testing and training.
  • Provide support on as needed basis for I9 Reverifications
  • Provide support on as needed basis for Termination Letters
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure candidates complete necessary requirements in ATS
  • Conduct/ provide support for I9 audits on as needed basis
  • Track and provide replacement badges for internal colleagues, contingent workers, or consultants
  • Provide support and resolve badge access inquiries in partnership with Security
  • Suggest ideas for process improvement.
  • Assist with special projects and programs as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources preferred, ideally including new hire on-boarding responsibilities.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to collaborate with departments across the organization.
  • Experience with HRIS, On-Boarding and/or Talent Acquisition systems a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of OFCCP regulations.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office, including strong Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
