Job Description

The Organizational Development Specialist focuses on developing the company's culture and talent by supporting and managing the people processes and systems. This role will work with the Talent & Development team focused on assessing the organization to help improve the organizational design, team effectiveness, role clarification, talent development, talent performance, and colleague engagement. This role will help influence the company's growth by building organizational effectiveness across all organization levels.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Support the analysis of the organizational structures, job/role responsibilities, team effectiveness, business or operating procedures, reporting relationships, and work processes by gathering and organizing the data.
  • Supports and coordinate the delivery of workshops, training, and meetings to help develop capability or to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Helps develop and analyzes engagement survey data and provide recommendation for final reports.
  • Conducts needs analysis to identify performance and skill gaps and determines training needs.
  • Supports the development of team building activities to ensure collaboration, integrity, and consistency between various teams.
  • Supports the development of the performance management program and leadership development program to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Supports the development of change management plans to support and implement new initiatives.
  • Assists in preparing Organization Development/training strategies, programs, tools, and materials to improve employee skills and capabilities.
  • Custodian of forms, training material, and supporting documents for OD processes and systems.
  • Develop internal communications aligned with our processes and systems.
  • Set up training events and prepared reports in the Learning Management System.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organization Development/Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in Organization Development/Training or a closely related area
  • Experience in developing and facilitating training events
  • Excellent meeting and activities coordination
  • Analytical skills, including the development of qualitative and quantitative reports
  • Ability to manage projects, including planning, scheduling, and on-time delivery of results
  • Influencing and communication skills to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong knowledge and skills in learning management systems and SharePoint
