The Senior Manager of Maintenance Reliability will execute the corporate Maintenance strategy for all sites, through leadership of site Maintenance teams, delivery on Reliability and Maintenance metrics and developing behaviors based on fundamental Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and other continuous improvement techniques. Build Maintenance capability within the organization to sustain results.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Leveraging TPM and fundamental Maintenance practices such as Planning and Scheduling, Lubrication, Equipment Classification, Preventative and Predictive Maintenance, execute the TNBC Maintenance strategy.
  • Serve as a technical resource to an organization focused on improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Facility and Equipment Safety, Quality and Productivity, and Cost Savings projects.
  • Support manufacturing plants with Maintenance practices that reduce manufacturing costs through improved maintenance methods.
  • Leverages the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) to ensure appropriate asset management.
  • Deploys a corporate-wide sustainable and standardized Root Cause Analysis program to address equipment failures.
  • Deliver capability building plans for skill development in the Maintenance Organization.
  • Audit Maintenance strategies for critical pieces of equipment including utilities and facilities equipment.
  • Maintain facility Maintenance standards and specifications.
  • Work with Maintenance and Production personnel to troubleshoot and solve equipment problems.
  • Train Maintenance organizations on advanced Maintenance techniques.
  • Conduct plant visits to perform gap analysis, coach site teams and create alignment as well as identify and share benchmarking opportunities with the Network.
  • Execute long-range Maintenance strategies for critical pieces of equipment including utilities and facilities equipment.
  • Leverage external consultants as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
  • Manages Spare Parts program to ensure MRO targets are met.
  • Execute Maintenance and Reliability projects by gathering requirements, managing work distribution and resources, assessing project risk and conducting project tracking.
  • Develop reports and presentations for senior management as needed.
