We are searching for a Sr. Specialist of Creative - Art. to join our inhouse team at The Nature's Bounty Co,.  You will collaborate with a talented in-house content team to to bring a variety of creative deliverables to life (from branding and digital to experiential and campaign projects).

We are seeking someone with strong creative talent, exceptional graphic skills, and the desire to be part of our growing in-house creative team.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Create a best in class consumer experience
  • Lead, develop, and execute smart, unexpected creative solutions as well as maintain design identity aesthetics
  • Seek ways to enhance e-commerce experience (focusing on mobile and responsive design first).
  • Proactively use design, UX and mockups to communicate new and inspiring brand experiences
  • Exceptionally skilled at image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form and color
  • Attend meetings and track next steps/follow-ups for projects
  • Work closely with and communicate creative to all key stakeholders and counterparts
  • Deliver assets in the correct format and on time
  • Support Senior Designers with image curation, retouching, editing, and optimization of graphics for web.

Job Requirements

The ideal qualifications are:

  • 5 or more years of Agency or brand design experience required.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop Illustrator) and UX is required
  • Adobe After Effects experience is preferred
  • UX Certification is preferred
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, handle multiple projects and continually produce quality work.
  • Must be meticulous about file organization and adhering to department procedures
  • Great communication skills and a positive team attitude
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc…) is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Design, Graphic Design, Communication Arts are required
  • Master's degree in Graphic Design is preferred
