Job Description

The Consumer & Market Intelligence team is building a Digital Analytics practice to support the organizations growth in delivering paid and owned digital media to consumers in the ever evolving digital media landscape. We are looking for a strategic, proactive leader to build this Digital Analytics practice across paid & owned media, social and search. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Relationship Management teams and key agency partners
  • Develop innovative approaches to solve their questions and present deliverables in a compelling manner that articulates their business value and impact
  • Manage, design and deliver analysis, such as digital performance analysis, website analytics, guest segmentation and cross channel analysis
  • Package deliverables in an articulate and easy-to-understand fashion with a clear storyline that addresses digital business needs
  • Create measurement strategies, learning agendas and roadmaps with input from internal stakeholders
  • Maintain positive, collaborative partnerships with key internal stakeholders and clients
  • Exhibit strong analytical, project management, storytelling and communication skills


Qualifications

  • Must have 1-3 years of Digital Measurement experience on the client side or 3-5 years Digital Measurement experience on the supplier side
  • Bachelor degree required. MBA preferred
  • Must have experience within the Digital space, preferably in the Digital Measurement & Analytics
  • Experience with the following platforms and testing methodologies:   Enterprise Web Analytics solutions (Preferred: Google Analytics), Paid Media platforms (One or more: Adwords, AdCenter, DoubleClick, Atlas), Social Media analytics platforms (Preferred: NetBase, Socialbakers), SEO Analytics platforms (Preferred: BrightEdge)
  • Experience with CRM platforms preferred (Preferred: Salesforce or Oracle)
  • Understanding of Tagging platforms and Tagging strategies (Preferred: Google Tag Manager)
  • A/B and Multivariate testing preferred
  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPivot, PowerPoint, and Access skills preferred
  • Must understand the business model and the role that Digital Analytics plays in driving engagement with consumers and the business
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and develop strategic frameworks, create processes to deliver on strategic frameworks and ability to educate the organization
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present findings to stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with brand marketing team, IT, agency partners and technology vendors
  • Detail oriented, technically savvy, marketing and analytical skills
  • A passion for keeping up with industry and technology trends
  • Ability to thrive in change
