As Solgar's next Associate Brand Marketing Manager you'll report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and General Manager of Solgar® US.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide strategic direction to Marketing; ensuring quality of data, and providing assistance in improving the productivity and impact of research tools and processes for the business.
  • Partner and collaborate with internal/external teams to deliver against brand goals and initiatives
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis of brands and competitive marketing programs
  • Monitor and analyze business performance (sales and SPINS data), and provide recommended next steps and implementation of action plans 
  • Help drive incremental innovation launches and collaborate on new product and packaging ideations 
  • Support development of the brand’s national programming, including in-store and digital activation, experiential consumer engagement, and digital/social concept creation and execution 
  • Manage the total budget and ensure we deliver on necessary commitments and yearly financial goals 
  • Provide support and input into the annual operating plan process and 3 year strategic vision 



  • Bachelor's degree coupled with 2 years of Branded CPG Industry experience, natural products industry preferred 
  • Must have attention-to-detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort level working with technical measures/formulas 
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel 
  • Working knowledge of digital and modern technology that includes social media
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 
  • Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed
