Job Description

The QA Document Review Coordinator is responsible for reviewing the accuracy of all documentation pertaining to the manufacturing of a batch. (Please note: The shift hours are 3 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday- Friday)

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Checks in-process data (weights, seams, etc.) for compliance to established specifications
  • Checks reconciliations for compliance  
  • Assures the presence of investigations, deviation reports and rework documents when required
  • If documents/data are missing, will initiate and participate in the investigation
  • Errors are brought to the relevant department and discussed with supervisors, lead associates or operators as required 
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Prior manufacturin experience required
  • High level of organizational skills, good written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Highly Preferred experience working with AS400 and PLM or PQM and Basic Microsoft skills
