Job Description

Here at The Nature’s Bounty Co. we are THE leader in the Health and Wellness industry, a Billion dollar (and growing) global company driving consumer & customer-centricity in everything we deliver! Insights & Analytics are central to this goal and our Direct to Consumer business, Puritan’s Pride®, is looking for a strategic and proactive Director of eCommerce Analytics & Insights to join them team.

As our Director, you will be responsible for influencing the Direct To Consumer (DTC) organization through your leadership and strong knowledge of data strategy, analytics and consumer & shopper mindset for the online environment. You must be a category expert, with a strong voice and strong point of view. As you develop and drive the eCommerce analytics roadmap you will be working cross-functionally across Marketing, Customer Experience, Merchandising, and IT/Technology teams to define business requirements and implement scalable solutions. You will develop a keen understanding of how customers behave across our properties, and the downstream impact of key initiatives.

Specific duties include but are not limited too: 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Experience, Merchandising, and IT/Technology at the category and brand level. 
  • Develop and drive the eCommerce analytics roadmap.
  • Lead all measurement, reports and analyses of the DTC channel providing insight on driving the business.
  • Develop strategy and programs to measure & predict customer behaviors and marketing programs.
  • Advocate for consumer & shopper and synthesize consumer/shopper learnings across variety of sources to influence decisions.
  • Oversee consumer & shopper learning across a variety of sources to tell the story and influence decisions made as result of their experience and partnership.
  • Be an advocate for the consumer & shopper by having a POV that you are willing to champion and express.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships with agency partners.
  • Coach direct report(s) and ensure their impact and growth.


  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
  • 10+ years of analytics experience with a focus on E-commerce measurement & analytics. Consumer packaged goods experience is strongly preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of digital analytics tools and implementation best practices (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience with the following preferred: Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms), Tableau (or similar data visualization tools), writing and tuning SQL queries, relational databases, advanced Microsoft Excel, technical digital analytics implementation, and A/B / multivariate testing.
  • Proven ability to utilize quantitative inputs to identify trends and behaviors and subsequent actions to take to drive improvements in the online channel and making actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, consulting and influencing skills, including capabilities to assess current situation, draw conclusions and envision future business opportunities. 
  • Strong leadership, team partner that is not afraid to express a clear pov. 
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written/visual) to create and deliver compelling insights to business partners and Senior Management.
  • Strong knowledge of data strategy, analytics & associated tools.
  • Proactive, flexible and able to respond to changes in plans/thinking. 
  • Managerial experience.
  • Must be able to travel as needed.
