Job Description

The Financial Analyst is a member of the Supply Chain Financial Planning and Analysis team, with a specific focus in supporting the Manufacturing / Packaging teams. This person will be instrumental in helping the Supply Chain and FP&A leaders to establish high-performance capabilities. The Analyst will develop, interpret and quantify financial and operational metrics and analyses related to Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Packaging activities. There will be strong interaction with the Supply Chain team, as well as the other parts of the company.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and research budget/forecast/prior year comparison reports and provide commentary 
  • Develop, define and measure key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Evaluate request for proposal and request for information to help operations make effective decisions
  • Perform monthly spend analysis and report on variances
  • Evaluate Supply Chain projects designed to improve Operations, Cost Control, and Performance
  • Research, track and summarize key data, including, trends, profitability and expense analyses
  • Coordinate budgeting and forecasting efforts and ensure that budget targets are achieved
  • Support corporate during the month-end close process
  • Review and analyze data and present in concise and structured manner
  • Draw conclusions, develop recommendations and identify risks/opportunities from data
  • Develop sustainable process improvements that can be incorporated into ongoing standard work within the organization


  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Cost Accounting understanding preferred
  • Supply Chain Finance / FP&A experience preferred
  • CPG knowledge preferred
