Job Description

Our Florida HR Supply Chain Team is currently recruiting for a new HR Manager for our Deerfield Packaging Plant!

Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Human Resources - Supply Chain, the Manager, HR, is responsible for associate relations, building capabilities of leaders, change management support, and ensuring adherence to company's policies and procedures. Ideal candidates will demonstrate alignment with the shared services and COE functions of OD-Training, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation and Payroll. The Nature's Bounty Co. is in significant growth mode and undergoing a number of high performance change initiatives. The Manager, HR, will be most successful by aligning themselves as a strategic business partner to the operations leadership within our Supply Chain Management structure. Prior experience within an HR strategic business partner model is key. Prior exposure to manufacturing and/or closely related corporate organizations is highly preferred; this role is a key player in our transformation to a best in class production model.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive change leadership and organizational development action plans to support creation, implementation, and improvement of ongoing High Performance Work Systems
  • Serve as a key strategic partner to the Packaging Site Leader and their direct reports
  • Drive associate engagement that builds a high performance culture resulting in a highly productive and engaged workforce
  • Drive compliance and understanding of company policies and procedures
  • Manage and execute associate relations


  • Strong knowledge of government regulations related to employment such as FLSA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, etc.
  • Minimum of 7 years Human Resources Generalist experience
  • Excellent knowledge and command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc…)
  • 3+ years working in Lean Manufacturing based organizations, Six Sigma training highly preferred
  • High demonstrated level of organizational skills, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; within a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to multi-task and show responsiveness
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or a closely related field highly preferred. Masters a plus
  • Strong demonstrated interpersonal skills
