Job Description

The Manager of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is responsible for cultivating a cross-functionally aligned 12-month Finished Goods Forecast. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead cross-functional and collaborative Pre-Consensus meetings with stakeholders to integrate key business insights.
  • Collect and analyze respective forecasts yielding healthier planning decisions and alignment to one consensus forecast.
  • Lead Consumer Packaged Goods monthly Demand Reviews to articulate planning performance (Growth, Forecast variances, monthly KPIs,) and outline Risks, Impact, and Countermeasures to senior management.               
  • Lead forecast accuracy discussions with Demand Planning and Display teams to identify key drivers to support monthly KPIs across Lags 1,2,3 and lead time violators.
  • Monitor weekly Consensus Forecast and Display reporting to track week over week, cycle over cycle, year over year variances identifying impactful adjustments to forecast
  • Carry out various monthly functionalities around key calendar dates to support the overall monthly S&OP process. Attend Demand Planning & Inventory Meetings.
  • Improve business agility via proactive planning – enabling quicker response to business changes and “last minute” issues
  • Process Improvement: Create analytic quantitative tools and gather data as needed to improve business planning and better support the overall S&OP process (, organization, and culture) with stakeholders and introduce “Forward Thinking/Best Practice” solutions

Job Requirements

  • 5+ Years of relevant experience in Supply Chain involving Planning and Analytics for consumer products (CPG) organizations.
  • Undergraduate / Graduate Degree in Business Administration in Supply Chain or comparable background or work experience.
  • MBA Desired
