Job Description

Our vision is to become and be recognized as the global leader in wellness products providing our customers with brands that are loved and trusted by consumers and are winning value-creators in their industry.  Our Quality Team is essential to accomplishing and maintaining this vision.  The Quality Analyst supports the Quality Systems and Operations Quality teams through evaluating and reporting on Consumer feedback.  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Gathering, analyzing and reporting on consumer complaint data
  • Preparing reports, charts, graphs and presentations; and working with cross-functional teams to resolve and track implementation of changes
  • Analyze and determine trends in complex data sets and identify where action is required based on the data
  • Assist with investigations based on consumer feedback:  adverse events, complaints, corrective actions, etc. 
  • Provide ongoing support for the Global Quality Consumer Feedback Department and day to day activities to ensure department goals are achieved
  • Monitor and track action plans


  • Demonstrated technical writing skills
  • Strong data analysis skills leveraging MS Excel pivot tables and similar programs
  • Experience using MS PowerPoint and creating presentations
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills 
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and/or food & beverage industry is a strong plus
