The Site Planner will execute the master schedule within the planning time fence, supporting the supply plan for the site. This is a critical role delivering product supply on-time and in-full to meet customer requirements collaborating closely with manufacturing partners, Scheduler and Material Planner to deliver the plan.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support planning site annual goals including Critical Service Levels and inventory KPIs.
  • Use Oracle to create/maintain production work order requirements to ensure inventory levels and on time, in full customer delivery
  •  Leverage tools to monitor health of the plan, including exception reports and months on hand inventory reports
  • Work with Material Planner to ensure availability of materials to support the plan
  • Monitor and analyze information to ensure adequate inventory of components and bulk and initiate transfers or additional supply as needed
  • Monitor and advise of any system planning parameters issues
  • Identification of counter measures for issues, with escalation to Central Planning Manager
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and consumer satisfaction
  • Escalate information about potential overstock items/materials to avoid excessive inventory levels
  • Support Supply Planning Network optimization led by Central Planner by identifying issues and participating in root cause analysis and pertinent weekly meetings.
  • Monitor execution against plan for manufacturing and measure performance results to achieve KPI targets for the site
  • Oversee firming of plans in partnership with Operations, based on time and capacity constraints, managing exceptions and maintaining realistic dates in Advanced Supply Chain Planning
  • Support master data management relevant to site planning by maintaining data cleanliness
