The HR Operations Specialist will be primarily responsible for bridging the gap between the HR Operations and Talent Acquisition teams. This will be accomplished by supporting and partnering on various Talent Acquisition initiatives, system management, documentation and analyzing processes. The end goal is to effectively deliver results while providing  consultation thus enabling a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. This cross-functional individual will also be responsible for various HR Operations functions and projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • End-to-end management of recruitment advertisement from budgeting and contract execution to management of vendor relations, account health-checks and identifying opportunities for improvement.  
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team with key initiatives such as sourcing new vendors, staffing agency effectiveness and net hiring score.
  • Manage and administrate HR Operations-owned technology such as Applicant Tracking System including but not limited to: troubleshooting user issues and escalating when necessary, managing back-end templates, rolling out new technology enhancements and ensuring adoption, and maintaining integrations with HRIS team support. Support new technology integrations and projects. Maintain ATS vendor relationship and project list, account health-checks and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly HR Operations reporting. Field ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Perform weekly/monthly HR Operations compliance audits. Report findings to Dir, HR Operations. Identify trends and calls to action.
  • Establish and document department processes.
  • Support other HR Ops functions such as onboarding, MSP management, communications, programs and projects. Manage special projects and prepare presentations as needed.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business required
  • 5+ years relevant operations experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
  • 1-3 years experience as an HR Business partner preferred
  • Extensive knowledge in managing an ATS
  • Aptitude for process improvement
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to collaborate with departments across the organization
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Superior attention to detail and organization skills
  • 10% travel required
