The Regulatory Affairs function is part of the broader Product Development team at The Nature's Bounty Co. and plays an integral role in product claim management, international product registration, and go-to-market strategy.

We are currently recruiting for a Regulatory Specialist for our International Product Registration Team.  This role is responsible for creating a technical product information dossier in order to facilitate registrations of our products in various international markets. The dossier is created through review of the product formulation, research of our various databases, and communication with various internal departments and coordination with international business development associates. This position will also handle product related questions to facilitate the sales of products in markets which may not necessarily require an official registration.


  • Product dossier creation and uploading to internal systems.
  • Work cross functionally to develop and create an information dossier for a given product intended to be registered in a given international market, inclusive of formula and ingredient review.
  • Utilize multiple databases and communicate with various departments on creation and review. 
  • Upload final dossier for review and submission.
  • Address incoming technical questions and research a given product's ingredients, attributes and/or formulation in order to provide technical support to facilitate either registrations, sales or evaluation of products for a given international market.

Job Requirements

Ideal Candidates will demonstrate the following experience and skillsets:
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a regulatory environment or related industry. Strong mathematical skills required
  • Knowledge of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) labeling requirements a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred fields of study include Nutrition or Life Sciences. 
  •  Must be proficient with PC based applications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline. 
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  •  Detail-oriented with the ability to proofread and check documents for accuracy and inconsistencies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capability to contribute to a team environment.
  • Must be able to work as a team member and independently.
