Job Description  

Our Regulatory Affairs Team is currently recruiting for a Regulatory Speciialist who will function in a  Co-Manufacturer Engagement role, focused on reviewing technical and regulatory information pertaining to raw materials, ingredients and documentation as it relates to contract manufactured products.  This role will work cross-functionally with various internal departments as well as outside vendors to ensure accuracy of supplier documentation while adapting to a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.  Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to apply regulatory concepts utilizing the technical information to substantiate claims for new and existing products within our global markets.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for database maintenance and upkeep. 
  • Obtaining and analyzing supplier contract bulk documentation that pertain to innovative products as well as existing products to ensure accuracy of technical and regulatory information on a global platform.
  • Communicate with outside suppliers as well as internal business units.
  • Provide technical support to various internal departments on a global platform.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Execute special projects to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory statutes.


  • 1-3 years’ experience in a regulatory environment or related industry.  
  • Knowledge of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) labeling requirements a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or related experience within co manufacturer engagement in lieu of a degree- Preferred fields of study include Nutrition or Life Sciences.  
  • Must be proficient with PC based applications (Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Power Point, Access).
  • Basic mathematical skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline. 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to proofread and check documents for accuracy and inconsistencies.
  • Strong collaborator with the capbility to contribute as a team 
  • Must be able to work as a team member and independently.
