The Supply Chain Display Process Specialist will work under the guidance of the Sr Manager, Supply Chain Display Process for the success of display execution for forecasts, supply, build and shipments across all retailers.   

  • Manage the overall Display process for VMHS, S&AN and Private Label, from forecasting to execution in the retailer market. 
  • Partnering with the sales team on request for displays within leadtimes and approving final product mix.   Work with the sales team on display forecasts by customer for a rolling 12-18 months and manage the work flow process with various internal departments.
  • Handle creation of deal work orders in AS400/Oracle systems to drive demand for promotional and display activity for all customers
  • Identifying potential supply risks and working closely with the customer inventory & supply teams to allocate product to deals.
  • Work with Supply Logic to make sure corrugation and graphics are ordered on time to meet ship to arrive dates.
  • Track and partner with the warehouse/distribution teams to make sure displays are scheduled and built on time to meet ship to arrive by dates and manage the shipping process with customer service.
  • Responsible for the communication of the finished good requirements to inventory management, supply planning and warehouse distribution
  • Partners with Sales, Supply Chain & Inventory Management to ensure “best in class” customer service levels

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Supply Chain or Display Planning or Customer Service required, S&OP experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient in Excel with the ability to create spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Oracle & AS400 preferred
  • Must possess excellent analytical, excel and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask in fast-pasted and creative environment               
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Work collaboratively with multiple departments with focus on driving results
  • Must be detailed orientated, hands on, and work well in a fast paced evolving environment
