As our Senior Director, Analytics you'll utilize your well-rounded insights knowledge, coupled with proven expertise across POS/syndicated data, and the creation and application of advanced analytics across marketing and sales activities, to serve a proven leader of teams, developing clear vision, mission, and analytics/insights plans along the way.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Contribute to The Nature’s Bounty Co’s growth through accurate, timely and actionable POS/sales data reporting and advanced analytics. 
  • Manage analytics team to support senior leadership decision-making and actions.
  • Provide thought leadership, business insights, strategic analysis, and recommendations to meet company and brand strategic growth goals and to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Manage and lead syndicated data contracts, quality, reporting and business analytics processes.
  • Develop standardized reports, KPI’s for in-market performance scorecards for core brands, businesses and senior management.
  • Develop organizational and staff capabilities and training programs to elevate understanding and use of data resources.
  • Develop organizational Competitive Intelligence strategic approach, lead execution and activation
  • Serve as a Center of Excellence for cross-platform attribution/marketing mix 
  • Lead development of eCommerce & Digital analytics organization and associated actionable reporting and KPIs including Customer Database management, management of media agency analytics team and Paid, Owned and Earned attribution.
