Job Description  

As a Sr. High-Performance System (HPS) Manager, you will oversee the building of the zero loss journey for our NY sites and responsible for, alignment with Supply Chain OGSM and HPS deployment strategy. You will facilitate the development of a comprehensive master plan focused on addressing the site’s top losses leveraging the systems and tools developed by the HPS pillars. In addition, you will support the building of Pillar capabilities in all sites to enable the execution of the HPS strategy and facilitate the implementation of foundational elements of HPS. As a natural continuous improvement expert, this role will lead hands-on and coach-specific focused improvement projects in order to deliver targeted Supply Chain improvements and business vision.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Conduct loss analysis for the platform and collaborate in the development of the Master plans for  sites including OGSM initiatives an HPS methodology deployment
  • Monitor and support the execution of the site master plans in his/her sites particularly through capability building, deploying appropriate systems and tools to addressing specific losses as well as in leading cross-functional projects to deliver performance goals at his/her sites
  • Provide direction, coaching and support to his/her sites as a HPS practitioner
  • Ensure that the latest HPS standards and methodology are understood and communicated across sites
  • Responsible to deploy and sustain foundations elements for the HPS 
  • Ensure that all project charters and plans include specific KPI targets and that progress reports indicate clearly how well the expected results are being delivered
  • Be an enthusiastic teacher and coach of the Pillar methodology to ensure sustainability of KPI improvements


Qualifications  

  • At least 12 years of experience in Supply Chain environment with at least 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS) in a scientific or engineering field
  • Formal training and hands-on experience using modern Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methods (LEAN, TPM, 6 Sigma, TQM). 
  • In-depth knowledge of TPM and/or High-Performance Organization Systems
  • Passion to learn, teach and build capabilities in others
  • Excellent project management and follow up skills including experience leading national initiatives
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines, and to coach others on doing the same
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as lead high performing teams
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) with excellent influencing abilityHighly developed proactive cooperation
  • Highly results focused
  • Highly energetic with a desire to engage in floor activities to support capability building events
  • Willingness to travel
