Job Description  

The Sr Regulatory Specialist, International Product Information Support is an expert in developing and maintaining accurate document records for International Registrations and commercialization projects. This Regulatory Operations-based position supports International initiatives by providing accurate formulation information to provide to our global customers. With a particular focus on executing against company objectives and department deliverables, the position will require an independent and self-motivated individual, working with a high level of accountability and productivity while maintaining compliance and overall accuracy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Review, maintain and create Product Information Forms for NBCo’s product portfolio of Dietary Supplements, Foods, OTCs and Cosmetics.
  • Performs various calculations for formulation summaries including  vitamin & mineral conversions, nutritional claim support and nutrient analysis
  • Works closely with Regulatory partners both domestically and internationally
  • Works closely with Change Control processes and as a member of cross-functional teams to move projects to completion.
  • Supports with other Registrations documents as assigned
  • Coordinates individual deliverables with departmental and business objectives. Prepares reports and other data to track progress toward objectives and goals

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a regulated industry strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrates leadership  
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  •  Experience with Mac OS and Quark XPress a plus
