Job Description  

Our Audit Finance Team is currently recruiting for an Internal Staff Auditor who will be responsible for conducting operational, financial, and compliance audits; assisting with consulting services; leading retail store audits and cycle count reviews; and assisting the Company with Sarbanes Oxley compliance efforts. 

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing small scale audits, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting processes and procedures
  • Conducting interviews, reviewing documents, composing narratives and preparing working papers
  • Identifying, developing, and documenting audit issues and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed
  • Communicating the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management
  • Representing internal audit on organizational project teams and at management meetings
  • Identifying improvement opportunities, cost savings and efficiencies throughout the organization and Department


  • 1-3 years of internal audit or public accounting experience
  • A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology preferred
  • CPA or CIA a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Comfortable working in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Project skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • 25% travel requirement : UK, Canada and domestic manufacturing facilities
